- ADJUSTABLE TEMPERATURE BREAD PROOFING MAT: This sourdough warmer mat operates within a temperature range of 59°F to 140°F (approximately 15°C to 60°C), adjustable to meet the fermentation temperature requirements of any dough. Standard bread dough typically ferments at temperatures between 95°F and 100°F (approximately 35°C to 38°C)
- NOTE OF WARMING MAT FOR SOURDOUGH STARTER: Due to heat exchange between the dough heating pad and the surrounding environment, when setting the temperature, the controller reading may be 5-15 degrees higher than the desired temperature. This allows the heating pad to more effectively reach the required temperature
- UPGRADE BREAD PROOFING BOX: Unlike most non-woven insulated boxes, we use upgraded Oxford fabric for the outer surface, effectively resisting stains, waterproofing, and facilitating easy cleaning. Paired with a thickened mesh insulation layer, it significantly enhances thermal retention while preventing the box's three-dimensional structure from collapsing
